Registration/Cancellation

What is the registration fee?
Please view this information on our Pricing page.

Does the registration fee include air transportation and hotel accommodations?
No. All air transportation and hotel accommodations are the responsibility of the attendee.

Are Group Rates available?
We are currently offering a BUY FOUR, GET ONE FREE package. Please contact your account rep or our events team for details. For additional information on ticket pricing, please visit our Pricing page.

Will attendees receive confirmation of their registration?
Yes. After registering online, attendees will receive an automated email confirming their registration.

What types of payments are accepted for the conference fee?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We also are able to process tickets via Invoice. You can purchase tickets via credit card or invoice by clicking on REGISTER and following the prompts.

Is my reservation transferable?
Yes. If you register and pay but are unable to attend, you can transfer your registration to a colleague from your company until February 28, 2018. To transfer your registration, please email our events team.

Is there a discounted rate at the host hotel?
Information on how to book rooms at the Hyatt Regency Toronto at the Summit Canada discounted rate will be available shortly. Please email our events team with any questions in the interim.

What is the closest airport?
Toronto is served by two airports. Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport is the closest to the Hyatt Regency Toronto but is only served by two airlines, Porter Airlines and Air Canada. Toronto Pearson International Airport is Toronto’s principal airport. More information can be found here.

What are the directions to the hotel?

How should I dress?
Business casual attire is appropriate for all functions at SiriusDecisions 2018 Summit Canada.

Who do I need to contact if I have specific dietary needs or food allergies?
Please email our events team and include your full name, company name, dates of your stay at the Hyatt Regency Toronto, and your dietary needs or allergies. We will do everything we can to accommodate your request.

How will I gain access to the various events, keynotes and breakouts?
Your conference badge and nametag will serve as your ticket and provide you access to the events you are registered to attend. You must wear your badge at all times.

What if I lose my badge?
If you lose your badge, you will need to go the registration desk and will be provided a new conference badge. You will be charged $100 CAD for the replacement badge.
