As VP Customer, Hootsuite, Kirsty is responsible for the company’s Global Customer Support Organization, Voice of Customer, Customer Experience, and Customer Marketing. Kirsty’s Global Customer support organization delivers industry leading support for Hootsuite’s 18 million customers worldwide. Kirsty’s team is also responsible for using customer insight to drive strategic initiatives and deliver a superior customer experience. 

Kirsty has more than 20 years of international experience in Executive roles across the US, Canada, Japan and New Zealand, where she has an exceptional track record of effective leadership and business transformation. Prior to joining Hootsuite in 2014, she held the position of Chief Customer Advocate at Snapfish, a San Francisco based online photo merchandising company, and served in a variety of customer service roles during her 11 years at HP. In her spare time, Kirsty enjoys hiking, snowboarding, and yoga.
