Michelle Bourque is Vice-President, Product, Marketing and Access Strategy for Bell Business Markets at Bell. As leader of a dynamic team of product and marketing professionals, Michelle is accountable for growing the wireline, hosting and cloud services portfolios for business markets as well as wholesale markets in Canada and internationally.

Over a 25-year career in telecommunications, Michelle has held progressively senior leadership roles, including director and executive level positions in corporate programs, planning and engineering, product and project management, and marketing operations and business planning.

Michelle is a frequent speaker at international conferences discussing the importance of diversity and the advancement of women in the telecommunications industry. In 2015 and 2016, Michelle was named one of the top 50 women to watch in telecommunications by Global Telecoms Business.

Michelle attended the University of Guelph, Ryerson Polytechnic University, the Ivey School of Business Executive Development Program and The Judy Project.

Michelle is actively involved in the community, supporting volunteer sports and non-profit organizations dedicated to awareness, research and community services in the fields of autism and neurological disorders.
